Thank you for shopping with AR Auto Dynamics Ltd. We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery for all performance car parts ordered through our website. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries, shipping times, costs, and tracking information, in accordance with Klarna’s guidelines.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and select international locations. If you are outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us prior to purchase.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after purchase are as follows:

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping with AR Auto Dynamics is free on every part across the website.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email (where applicable). You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check the tracking information provided.

  • Contact the courier directly if there is an update delay.

  • If issues persist, please contact our customer support team at sales@arautodynamics.co.uk

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers but will work to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. AR Auto Dynamics Ltd is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer and will not be responsible for any additional delivery fees for reattempts.


8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
